Dear FSLC Families,

This school year has already been an exciting journey for our community! In just under two months, we've hosted two successful school-wide events and a cozy pajama party that brought smiles, laughter, and lasting memories. We’re so proud of the energy and spirit our students and families bring to every occasion.

Looking ahead, we have several exciting events planned:

🎗 Breast Cancer Awareness Walk Join us on Saturday, October 4th at 7:30 AM for our annual Breast Cancer Walk. Permission slips will be sent home soon—please sign and return them promptly so your child can participate.

🎉 Spirit Week: October 27–30 Let’s celebrate FSLC pride with themed dress-up days and fun activities throughout the week:

Spirit Week:

• Monday, October 27 – Wear Pink Day: Show your support for Breast Cancer Awareness by wearing pink. Students who participate will enjoy ice cream after lunch!

• Tuesday, October 28 – Animal Attire Day: Wear clothing featuring your favorite animal characters (e.g., Snoopy, Stitch, Huskies). Lunch will feature homemade Hamburger Helper.

• Wednesday, October 29 – Disney Day: Dress in Disney-themed clothes or colors that represent your favorite Disney character.

• Thursday, October 30 – Pajama Day: Come to school in your comfiest pajamas! After lunch, we’ll enjoy a movie and popcorn together.

Holiday Parties coming up:

• November 20th - Thanksgiving Feast: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM Families are welcome to attend and enjoy a delicious meal with us. Additional details will be shared as the date approaches.

• December 18th - Christmas Party: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM We look forward to celebrating the holiday season together! Families are invited to participate in the festivities. More information will be sent out closer to the event.

We’re looking forward to another month of connection, creativity, and community spirit. Thank you for your continued support in making FSLC a joyful place to learn and grow.
